In the comments of ~calleena (https://www.deviantart.com/calleena) 's journal, ACTA is worse(link above), she said "yeah, no wikipedia, no youtube, censored facebook. They treat the internet like it's a property of the governments, but it's not, it's nonpolitical, doesn't have an owner, and no one has the right to control it this way!" And I agree.
